Before we speak

Do you work with businesses outside Japan and India?
Yes. We operate as a fully remote-first firm and work with clients globally. All project communication, delivery, and support is handled asynchronously and over video — time zone differences are not a barrier.
What's the minimum project size you work with?
We work with a wide range of project sizes. A small automation build might start at $1,500–$3,000. A full data platform or web application will be scoped and priced accordingly. We'll tell you upfront if the scope isn't a good fit.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope. A focused dashboard or automation project can be delivered in 2–4 weeks. A full web application or data infrastructure build typically runs 6–12 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal before any work begins.
Can you sign an NDA before we discuss our project?
Absolutely. We treat all client information as fully confidential as standard, but if a formal NDA is required before the discovery call, we're happy to sign one. Just mention it in your initial message.
We already have an in-house team — can Aither Labs still help?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house teams — providing specialist capacity for specific domains (e.g., data engineering, AI integration), handling a bounded project, or providing technical advisory to support internal decision-making.
What happens after a project is delivered?
Every project includes a structured handover with full documentation. After delivery, we're available on a retainer or ad-hoc basis for ongoing support, iteration, and new requirements as your business evolves.
